I was a whole week clean from sh (new pb) and idk why but it's like my brain is telling me it doesn't want to get better and wants me to end the streak.

Same. I don't SH but in my head I don't want to get better because I'm a realistic person and I know good things won't happen because it has always been like that. My brain is dysfunctional since decades - since I was born in fact. And then, traumas, mistratments et cetera
