• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

There are a number of components to recovery. It sounds like you have the first and most important, the desire to do so.

The next step might be to experiment and discover what things you might do that can help. As you slowly develop a history of what works and what doesn't you may find the path more clearly illuminated.

I agree. Wanting to is already a great step in the right direction.

My advice is that you consider psychotherapy and to start seeing a psychiatrist as well.

I really hope you can turn your situation around.

I wish you the best and good luck :)

Good advice here already, and I would jus add 2 other things—more than half of it is just showing up, regardless of what shape you're in, and to remember to be patient and kind with yourself. This is a process, not a dot on a map..

Got a fabulous therapist! And tried some ketamine infusion sessions, as well. I've been working at this for over a year and a half following an active episode. I just wanted to reach out here.
