D responded. The N in my country is 1500 USD. That's a pretty hefty price :( But I'm going to chance it.

I wonder why the price is more than double the amount than to US. It's so frustrating to die lol. But I guess I would be more comfortable with N than SN. I do hope it arrives safely.

It really makes no sense, but I guess these a probably drug cartels. I don't think questioning them would be the best thing. To US it's cheaper. EU it's a few hundred more. The further the continent the steeper the price. And that's excluding shipping.

My bad. Just re-read the email. Price includes UPS shipping. But with the option of DHL its 100 more.

Actually D said specifically to me when I asked about the extra cost it was due to shipping costs and an increased risk for him.

I suppose it could be cross communication with different customs for identifying it etc but at the same time; he's a drug dealer. Charging more to other locations could mainly be for extra profit.
