Back when I was depressed, I weighed over 230 lbs, and my diet was all processed fried foods and sweets, soda etc. I have only one cheat meal a week now since May 19 and all my symptoms of anxiety and depression are gone. A good diet helps tremendously

I eat only rice and pasta with cheese, pesto or creem.
But i eat fruits every morning. i never eat vegetables, soda or burger (mc do, kfc...)

what vegetables do you eat ?

what vegetables do you eat ?
lettuce, tomato, beetroot, carrot, brocolli
and fruit apple, oranges, watermelon. Longer lasting energy and good for skin and mental health :)

Thanks for your reminder on this topic. I know how important good nutrition is, but I find it very difficult to implement. I don't like cooking, I have little energy and have a slight food addiction. Thanks anyway, I'll try to start small and at least eat a few vegetables every now and then. I'm glad you're feeling better!!
