Real feeling and sensations dreams?

Hi,
Anyone experienced dreams that are real? and by real I mean the sensation and feeling are same as the real life, not a fake one? When you wake up, you get shocked because of how real it was and how its indistinguishable from real experiences.

yes, some dreams are literally impossible to tell apart from reality, i've been having a lot of those lately.

there is also the false awakening phenomenom, and what it means is that you literally feel like you are doing your morning routine or even living an entire day of your life inside a dream, it is so realistic that once you are actually awake, you are sent into a miny shock, those are scary as fuck because they can happen in layers, so you can awake from your false awakening into another one and so on, quite the traumatic experience and my least favorite part about dreaming.

My dreams are rarely realistic in terms of the activities, but I like it when they include realistic physical and audio sensations.
