I'm ready. Ex leaving town and don't want them to feel responsible. Dads bday in 3 days. I can't take pain. All likely due to Lyme disease. Out of options. Been too long. I have Sn and anti nausea. Sure with all
Antibiotics and psych meds taking, it will be horrible combo. How I wish someone was next to me to help me go. I'm so scared to do it alone.
