I would like to but I fully believe we cannot contact the living after death. We can't make them see us or touch them. I think it would be sadder to remain on Earth as a literal ghost. It's either a separate realm or non existence.

I believe in visitation dreams (because I have experienced one), but I think it takes an enormous amount of energy to reach out to earthly bound people. They say our dmt levels are higher when we are dreaming. That's the reason, I believe, that certain loved ones can cross over in our dream state to give us messages and let us know that they are okay. I haven't seen any convincing evidence of ghosts, but like seeking peace said: It's either a separate realm or non existence. The idea of ghosts just haunting places seems unpleasant. Who you gonna call when that happens? haha

To be honest I will feel disappointed if I CTB and it turns out that there's life after death… Like really, I gotta do this twice?
In all seriousness there's probably some kind of connection that we have to people close to us that isn't "physical" but still manifests in our lives. I hear lots of stories about people getting visited in their dreams by people who have recently passed, whether they know the person is dead or not. Anecdotal, but I'd put some faith in it. My experiences with psychedelics have at least opened my mind to the idea of it, even if I'm not certain one way or another.

It would be impossible to do that, as I believe that I will no longer exist at that point. I think that when we die, we cease to exist and that is it, we are gone. Death is the end of everything. I believe death to be like how before we were born, where time passed and yet we were not aware of anything.Similar threads
