constant drum throughout the day. thinking of reaching out to my friend i'm on bad terms with makes me more nervous. people that are happier than me make me really anxious because i don't want to ruin their moods by talking about myself or talking to them

feeling of lethargy. no real want to do anything. i like that i'm writing more because i get to understand what i'm feeling.
Ok, I'll try. My ADHD makes it nearly impossible for me to do anything long-term -- hell I nearly have to have a checklist that says "Wake up, breathe, open eyes, breathe, walk to bathroom, breathe, piss, breathe, wash face, breathe, brush teeth, don't breathe, spit out toothpaste, now breathe ... " just to get my morning started without forgetting something.
Sleep: 7.5/10 I have to use drugs to get there but whatever.
Anxiety: 9.0/10.0 Not usually an issue for me but this moon phase is doing me NO favors.
Depression: 2.0/10.0 I'm okay. Nothing I can't handle here.
Suicidal Ideation: 2.0/10.0 Has been pretty low lately but I think that is because I am FINALLY focusing on what makes me happy, instead of focusing on what makes everybody else happy.
Mood: 7.0/10.0 I woke up feeling pretty good.
Productivity: We shall see. Lol
Sleep 5/10. Need more and need deeper sleep.

Depression 10/10.
I got this weird nausea mixed with pain and abandonment again. It happens so suddenly. Without any warning. Leaves me to pick up the pieces and put them back again. The sudden drop of emotions makes me wonder why now? Why at this specific time?
Pain 8/10 (weather has been REALLY nasty the last few days)
Depression 7/10 (the pain does that to me)

Sleep 3/10 (I have a couple of rescues that are TERRIFIED of storms. Sigh ...)
