Sadly, there are no quick ways. Maybe a headshot (if successful) or jumping from a very high place. Even those methods can fail tho.

a 100% guaranteed successful quick method i can think of is headshot on top of a high place (so you would die from the fall if the headshot wasn't enough)

All that anyone can do is look at the resources and decide what is best for themselves. Suicide is not easy and can be very difficult. If it was easier to leave I would already be gone and I also wish to pass away quickly, but I am stuck here because dying is hard. I hope that you find relief from suffering.
