Agreed, they won't; at best/worst they may cause liver damage. It's really not that easy.
When I was about 14 I tried to CTB with a variety of different sleeping pills, about 60 in total.
Vomited. Then hallucinated. Then came home in the morning and couldn't remember where I'd been. That was all that happened.

Which ones? Generally avoid all opioids compounded with other substances, and those weaker than morphine. You need about 600-800mg of morphine to reliably overdose.

It's chemically similar to hydrocodone and codeine. It's a pretty weak opioid, and you'd need to take a lot of it. It also isn't as certain to cause death as stronger opioids, with a larger chance of you surviving, but suffering side effects as oxygen may have been cut out to your brain for a short time. These include permanent brain damage.

If i buy fentanyl patches from the streets (it's medical fentanyl, the real stuff) and i boil them in water to extract it and then drink it, would that work? How is drinking fentanyl different from snorting or injecting in terms of painless dying?

Drinking fentanyl requires slightly more fentanyl than injection. I'd personally avoid boiling patches. If you can, get pills. They also come in lollipops that are given to people, you can try to get some of those, crush them , and make them into a solution. If you ingest enough, the effect is pretty much same from snorting or injection.

Why not boil it? People smoke and boil it all the time. Im not sure but its likely i will only get access to patches

i have never taken opoids and i have about 15 5mg pills and i am on the thinner side. would that contribute to the medication's

When I weighed like 55kg and had no opiate tolerance I took 120-160mg of oxy (can't remember exactly) and a bunch of xanax. Just woke up after some hours with blue lips. Then I vomited all day.

75mg of oxy is pretty unlikely to kill you, even with all those other meds. Even if you took a lethal dose orally you'd more likely than not just puke it up again.
