Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Where to find stones to put in my bag for drowning and how heavy should those stones be? Also why is it said that we must go into the middle of the lake? What if I don't have access to a boat or can't swim in this freezing winter to reach to that part? And my last question is how possible is it for the life guard to witness me if I do shallow water blackout in the deep end of the swimming pool?

as for stones, depends on where you live honestly. i live in a place surrounded by beaches so i can just get rocks from there. for weight i would acquire about half your body weight maybe? could be even less. once most of the air is out of your lungs it wont be too hard to go down. many people say middle of the lake because then its harder for you to swim back up if you change your mind i think. if you do it in a swimming pool the lifeguard or someone else will most likely see you. i dont know too much about the subject of drowning but based on what i do know these are my best guesses.

ehm i guess the heaviest thing/rock you can carry.
you dont need to be in the middle, obviously you can drown everywhere, its like diina said, so you wont change ur mind halway through and exhaust your body on the way, have focus doing something instead waiting for something to happen, because SI will kick in.

last thing we cant answer since we dont know much about your situation
