Questions about Disability Reassessment

I'm anticipating an upcoming disability reassessment from Social Security late this summer. Aside from trying to contact various neurologists, psychologists, and psychiatrists to help prove my neurological and chronic mental health disabilities, I'm also reviewing The Sleepy Girl Guide to Social Security and the Social Security Denials and Appeals. While the two websites help answer some questions, the rest of the information is either unhelpful, overwhelming, or confusing. I was wondering if I can message anyone with experience and/or knowledge of Social Security disability reassessment to help answer my questions.
