Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I quit jobs all the time. I'm not consistent. I just KNOW that I will not be able to work full time for another 40 years. I am 27 now.
Now I do this: work, save, quit job, live off of savings. Rinse and repeat. I'm getting frustrated quickly about work. My record is 1 year.

Haven't done it yet, but I think it's a combo of keeping your head down and kissing ass when needed. I struggle with both. Probably would have stayed where I was though if I hadn't gotten a better offer.

Why exactly are you getting so frustrated you keep quitting? There are many different jobs and different companies so the same frustrations aren't necessarily a part of every job in the world. I rage quit multiple jobs, but I've been on my current position for 8 years and counting and I've never done any ass kissing, although I am never been hostile to anyone at work either, I mostly just don't care about people I work with. I guess I stayed this long because I feel comfortable with what I do at work (I'm a teacher). What is your profession?

-Idea of doing something I don't care about for someone
-Sensitivity to any "mind games" that people sometimes tend to pull off. I hate the fakeness that comes with it.
-I often don't understand other people and they don't understand me.
-No interest in what I do, no matter the field I try. Working just exhausts me.
-I don't know what I want to do in my life, therefore I know that I don't want to work same job for another 5 years. I don't have any hobbies and I'm not interested in anything.

It's hard to give it a specific name to what I do. It's a desk job including working with documents and internal procedures that I just have to follow.

I can't stand companies, offices, etc so, I became my own boss and work as much as I want.
I teach English and Spanish online.
I really admire the people who can cope with normal jobs, they are soooo exhausting and most individuals are just like modern slaves.
Working (except my job) makes me more suicidal.

My record is 1 year.
That's shorter than mine (6 years), but I hear people say "I've worked at the same company for 40 years", that legit sounds like hell... :I

Many of my senior colleagues have worked for the same organisation all their lives. Usually these people are "don't fix what's not broken" types. They have their job, their house, their families, their hobbies, their routine. They like it. No need to rock the boat for the sake of rocking the boat.

It also says something about the quality of the employer. These people are esteemed experts and have plenty of places that would gladly have them, and probably pay them better too. If you have options and choose to stay, it's a good review for the company.

The record goes to my previous workplace, a public authority, there was a woman who worked there for 50 years, and said she had no intention of retiring anytime soon. She had a photo on her desk from 1960-something, it was her as a newly employed teenage secretary in the company of senior colleagues who today are all long dead. Pretty surreal.
