Question about SN

Hi everyone.

So I got SN (It's says pure SN, so i think it will work), and just got some metoclopramide chloridrate.

In a guide from the Wiki I see easy steps, but i see some users here post days of regimen

My question is: Can ctb by SN be done in those few steps written on Wiki or does it need more days of regimen?

There is no evidence of what is better: a stat dose or regimen.
Hence, everything should be of your choice. I will go with stat, tested meto and it was fine.
Some people go with regimen, but with my irrationality I can mess it up
