The detailed procedure of SN has been nicely detailed/ summarize as one day or two days regime @https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/sn-a-comprehensive-guide-including-method.25148/#post-456978
However, I dont know where Propranolol (Beta blocker) as well as acid reducer ( Tagamet ) can be included? Are they taken just before the SN or before IT will be useful if some one knowledgeable member can summarize and revise 1 day and 2 days procedure.
Other users have also faced the same challenge with acid rducer and beta blockers regime:

The PPH 2021 recommands:

800mg of Propranolol before drinking SN

30 mg of Metoclopramide + 8 mg Ondansetron 40 minutes before drinking the SN (Domperidon works as well)

800 mg of Tagamet (Cimetidine) 40 minutes before SN

In my opinion, sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) should also work to neutralize the stomach acid.
However it seems to be important to neutralize the stomach acid, because otherwise the SN partly converts into NaCL.
This means that less SN reaches the small intestine and less SN passes into the blood.
