Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Hello everyone!
Full suspension is not a viable option for me, so I'm doing partial suspension. I try to hang myself my bending my knees and dropping to the ground, but it's just painful and doesn't seem to work. Despite my repeated failures I have been hesitant to try other positions. From what I'm reading and seeing from pictures of succesful hangings, I see that a lot of people are on their knees. Some even sitting and I have even seen some pictures where the person is lying on the ground. I have tried these positions with a longer rope and it's more comfortable so that's an improvement. When I lean forward the noose will tighten, which is good. But when I lean backwards the noose will loosen. So this leaves me with this question:

A lot of sources say that your body will thrash about while dying, wouldn't the noose loosen while thrashing about and being on these lower body positions? In that case the pressure on your neck will lessen and it will interrupt the dying process. I don't want to fail at any time but this is a really dangerous time to fail as I don't want to suffer brain damage. Statistics show that more people succesfully ctb in these positions than end up with brain damage, hanging seems to be reliable in all body positions (though some more reliable than others). But how come these people ctb succesfully? Did they just not thrash about while dying? Or did they thrash about and they somehow didn't lean backwards? Or they did lean backwards while thrashing about but the noose stayed tight somehow? Should I stop worrying about the possibility of the noose loosening and just try other positions to see if these work?

I will be using a simple slip knot if that's relevant. It seems like these people did as well, but I am open to learning other knots if it clamps better.
