Which drug?
Benzos, Cymbalta. I had benzo toxicity and had to be reinstated on valium 11/17. I was suicidal then and tried that month. Got stabilized on valium and stupid psych Dr gave me Cymbalta which I tried to come off of too quickly a year ago. Its been hell. Need off this train

Sorry to hear that...I can relate...I have abused benzos for years...was never really prescribed benzos, but, I took them to deal with severe anxiety...had to give them up, because I developed a tolerance, and could only buy a little at a time...so, side effects kept getting worse...I decided to come off them cold turkey...It was absolute hell for two weeks...then it started getting better...I am totally off them now...

My tolerance has gone back to normal now...which is a good thing, because I have to use benzos as part of my cocktail to peacefully ctb...

Anyways, All I can say is hang in there...it does get better...

I wish I felt that way. I went thru 9 weeks of hell. They prescribed me ativan and temazapam at the same time. I went thru the worst phydical symptoms, 1 hr sleep night, could barely sit up, tachycardia, heart racing, rocking, chanting and others not to bore u. I am on 10 mg now of valium and 2 years of interrupted sleep. I am now stuck in house. Not a way to live.

Is benzo withdrawal your primary reason to ctb?

Also, some guys suggested Melatonin and Valerian Root for sleep, during withdrawal...didn't really helped me...but, does help some people...maybe, you should give it a try...

I'm sorry you're having a hard time with this, I hope you feel better. It really is fucking hell. I was on Ativan for a few years, then 1mg of Klonopin 3x a day for almost 10 years. I've tapered down to 0.25mg, once every 2 days but I can't get beyond that because the withdrawal is just too much.

Appreciate it but my issues are more than that. Anxiety, constant, pulsing head, no motivation. Theres just no reason anymore

I'd tapered down to the lowest bzd dose I could tolerate, and it's been horrific. Intrusive memories and flashbacks are scary as hell. Physical symtpoms are beyond awful. Can't work, can't drive, can't read a book. Can barely listen to some music and enjoy simple distractions. This is the worst. I am so sorry.
