Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Today I had an appointment with my psychiatrist and Case Manager to discuss my worsening mental health state. He didn't want to change any medication.
This year alone, I've had two Hospital admissions.

He told me next week Tuesday, he is having an acute psychiatric meeting with all the psychiatrists at my local government mental heath clinic. He told me because they are unsure on how to help me and most of my medication changes have not worked and they are going to see what they can do.

I don't know what this means for me, google isn't helping either.

I am so anxious 😥

Not a doctor obviously but it's been similar for me. Meds only made me a bit worse temporarily. Some even made me more angry or even violent. Psychiatry as a science isn't really exact at this point in time, they don't entirely know what is going on in the brain so it's just trial and error with pills and meds.

The next step for treatment resistant depression could be TMS therapy. At least that's what they advertise in my area in the USA for depression that doesn't improve on meds.
