I have a psychiatrist appointment in 3 hours. I have social anxiety and I feel autistic not looking at psychiatrist. They always comment on it too. Is there any way around this?

"I feel autistic" I don't understand that? And don't worry just like said above, a good psychiatrist won't put pressure on you. A bad psychiatrist isn't your problem.

Look at the shrink when you're talking to them. And what does I feel autistic mean? We're you diagnosed with autism? It seems like a lot of people in here are labelling themselves as autistic without any diagnosis.

Agreed. Even little autism requires therapy and it's not a kind of feeling. I don't know what the op meant. Maybe she meant awkward.
