I recently got prescribed propranolol and I was wondering how much I would need to use if I used SN. I've tried reading the SN megathreads but I couldn't really find a clear answer

It's purpose (in part) is to relieve anxiety so whatever has been prescribed for you personally would be the best dose. 10mg-40mg is recommended to alleviate physical symptoms of anxiety.
