Stan's guide says that Propranolo is a luxury item that only helps with the fast rate of the heart, which donesn't cause pain. On the contrary, the PPH (at least the last edition) says that is a potentiator of the SN. What do you think?
I'm actually doubting how well propranolol works against SN tachycardia. I feel like tachycardia would still occur? Not many case reports that indicate otherwise
It's mainly recommended for a more peaceful passing. The heart racing isn't painful, just kinda scary. Since this medication can be hard to obtain, Stan referred it to being a luxury. All in all, you don't need it.
