I would like to use Propranolol when taking SN to pass out faster and reduce heart beat when I CTB.

I have managed to get Propranolol. Hoever, the only one I could get access to are the 80mg Extended Release tablets instead of the IR tablets.

How would you best approach this when combining with SN?

I also need to know
1621540206170

A: Extended release

B: Immediate release

As you see the peak for IR is at about 30min and then it declines quickly.

The peak for ER is at about 1 hour and then declines slowly.

Note that the IR tablets have a peak at about 350ng/L, while the ER tablets have peak at about 180ng/L, so basically x2.

So if you take one 80mg tablet of an IR, you'd need to take 160mg of an ER to get the same peak concentration after 1 hour.

(This is just the maths, pls check for side effects yourself)

If you crush them first and dissolve them in water and then add the SN they are no longer slow release but if your worried just leave them in a glass of water in the fridge and when your ready add the SN actually might be a good idea to use chilled water, lol, it might make it more bearable.

Cheers
