if this is for sn, i read in the ppeh that you can either mix 400mg in your sn drink or take it at the same time as the ae which is 40 minutes before drinking the sn. some people have suggested taking it 1 hour before the sn drink. i'll probably take mine 40 minutes the sn drink because the effects of the sn come very fast.
