Is Propanolol really necessary for Stans Guide?

Can anyone provide a source in EU.

Really want it to go as smooth as possible.

Have SN from IC, Olanzapine and Diazepam.

Just need Propanolol as I fear I will have a strong SI.

Propanolol is not needed, it's a «luxury» item and can help with anxiety and the rising heart rate. But it's not strictly needed to be successful.
