Help Propane and/or carbon monoxide?

I have a little barrack where i intend to do a lot of work putting tape on every fk slit, I'm familiar with carbon monoxide but not with propane, shouldn't they have similar effects? If propane is not good I'll go with my electric generator producing monoxide (I was thinking of propane because of all the noise that thing producešŸ˜ž but I'll bear it if i have)
Someone got some advice?
