Life is a problem for most of us here. Ctb is a solution to that problem for most of us here. But what about the nature of the said problem and solution? Please pick one option and also elaborate on why you picked it.

Permanent solution to a permanent problem. The fact that problems never truly go away is a problem in of itself.

In my case it's a permanent solution to a permanent problem. I had a very bad childhood which has led me to having a just as bad adulthood. My permanent problem is my past and the affect it's had on me.

I think its a permenent solution to a temporary or permanent problem. Depends on the circumstance. There are many people whos suicidal thoughts will go away eventually, but there are also many people who will have to deal with it the rest of their life. either way, its not a temporary solution, as death is permanent

"Temporary" problems aren't very temporary when life keeps throwing the shit at you nonstop.
If reincarnation is real (I fucking hope not), ctb might end up resetting the loop lol

I believe it is a permanent solution to a permanent problem. For me, life is the problem as life itself is the cause of all suffering. All of our problems are caused by the fact that we exist in the first place. I see death as preventing decades of suffering and ending all the pain, so for me it is the solution. I see consciousness as being torture. Everything is painful. In many situations things are hopeless and there is nothing that can help. I see wanting suicide as being perfectly rational in such a horrible world.

Life can be simple.
The problems that occur are generally unnecessary hardships and distress.
Some people have normal, happy lives. Some people are in supportive households, with good families. They have good careers, or education, or acknowledgement. They are not born into disaster zones or living in disaster zones.

I wish I could have had that existence and lived out the dream.

Life's party of "exclusives only" is disturbing to say the least.

Permanent solution to a permanent problem.
When you've been called a problem your whole life, even trying to avoid being a problem, and people just ignore you and take whatever they do, it solidifies the idea that your existence must be the problem because you are tired of being stepped on. Tired of being insulted. Tired of being assaulted. Tired of being lied to, lied about, stolen from, ignored.

So… oh well.

If there was reincarnation, I would hope for a good family instead of abusers.
