I've decided to take my SN in about an hour. (20g in 50ml water with one backup, paracetamol but no antacids or antiemetics).

I haven't been here for long but I want to thank everyone on this website! Especially in the recovery section, where people put lots of effort into helping other users. I usually mess ctb up so there's always a chance I'll be back tomorrow... let's hope not...
