Prevent tachycardia when opting SN

tachycardia as a result of SN sounds like it will be a freightening experience and I wonder if I could easily prevent it. Don't want it to ruin the peacefulness of my peaceful death.

It could be. But that's why I have a mixture of benzos.
From what I gather the fast heartbeat thing ...
it depends on various things including your health at the time. So.. you might not even experience it. But a coouple of minutes of panic will be fine by me as long as I quickly get drowsy and unconcious.
As far as my plan..

Anti emetics no 1.
Benzos no 2.

When SN is ingested hoping enough benzos will keep me calm until SN makes me drowsy and then sleep. I also plan to tie myself to a tree so I don't fall over and puke and wake up. I also plan to have a bag over my head just as I get drowsy.

Will have note for this who. Find me in my pocket. That's it. Plan is there when I decide to go follow through.
Also it's probably not much worse than having a panic attack after drinking too much caffeine!

I love your meticulous planning to make it fail proof. So is your choice of CTB in the woods? I think it's much better than in a hotel room where others may hear you or SI kicks in and ruins the day.

I have a place in the woods planned yes. I am in my mid 40s. This has been planned for over a year now.

I HAVE SEVERE tachycardia, and its related to my ptsd,
if i have tachycardia with sn, it probably will not be very peacefull and reactivate painful memory
so i nneed this fucking propanonol
.. should i seek for all psychiatrist in my city and ask for it? i m tired of this..so hard..

from what i recall from my experience the tachycardia wasn't too scary but i'm also used to a high heart rate from many factors

It also works for blood pressure. If you can get your blood pressure up, your pcp might prescribe it. Best of luck. I wish you peace
