For my method, I've opted for drowning as it's accessible to me and I won't be found for a while afterwards.
It's definitely on the more difficult side though, especially when it comes to SI. My SI is absolutely vicious and I know won't let me just simply drown myself without pulling me back.
That's why I want to learn what it feels like to suffocate before I commit, someone on discord suggested burying my face into my pillow such that I can't breathe. I like the sound of it, but I also want other ideas.
If anyone has any suggestions I'd be happy to hear them!
