Practicalities - SN

I'm preparing ahead for when I decide to catch the bus and want to check on a few things from Stan's guide. (I haven't got all the materials just yet mind)

1) There is little mention on how and when exactly Propranolol should be taken and there are mixed messages from what I've seen on threads.
I understand 400mg prop can be mixed with 25g SN. Should they be mixed at the same time or mix the SN first and then add the prop after so that we know all the SN has been soluted with water?
Does this mean that there is the potential we should add more than 50ml of water?
Is prop easily soluble in water or do we need to crush it up first? (400mg is 10 tablets and concerned that it won't be soluble after making SN) or do we make a small separate glass for prop and then add it to SN?

Should we also take a couple prop maybe 30min before with the antacid?


2) With my own planning, I prefer the idea of doing it soon after checking into the hotel and that maybe I like to take a nice bath or shower beforehand. A simple practicality but I like to know that taking a hot bath isn't going to mess anything up.

Search the forum because there have been some updates they put out about the antacids. I have no info on the prop but if you searched you will probably find that someone else has already asked.

Propranolol should be crushed and mixed with the SN as it will potentiate and make death quicker. 50ml of water is enough to mix both.

Propranolol takes about 30-60 minutes to work that is why some people take it before so that as soon as they are unconscious from the SN the propranolol will kick in at a similar time. If you take both in the same drink it will kick in later after you black out. 1-4 hours to die with SN on its own, 1 hour to die with SN and Propranolol.

There are quite a few users that have used propranolol in their sn plan like @TrynaChingMyself and Geo as well as it being mentioned in PPH.

A bath is not going to affect anything and it will be good as your body will be more relaxed and comfort is important when doing it.
