Is there no way of the December 2019 edition getting posted up? Who posted the March one? Was it someone who actually bought it & then uploaded it here?

From what I understand it's pretty hard to upload the thing because you need to screenshot every page. I do know some members have it. Perhaps contact them and ask them about the N section you wanna see

The PPEH is formatted in such a way that it's a read-only file that can't be saved to an external device....at least not without some technical know-how to bypass that and make it a downloadable document. More info here:

But, one can take a picture on a mobile while reading on laptop. There should be a solution for every problem.

If I understand you correctly, you're saying to take a screen shot of each page of the PPEH which can certainly be done. Although that would be very tedious because the PPEH is over 400 pages.

Sorry,if that appears too straight.I don't mean that u need to screen shot.I just mean that there is a solution for every issue. :)

Or,one can take screenshots of the latest entries on sn or new methods which certainly will be very few pages
