Stupid question time: Is it possible for a person to potentially be immune to the effects of N? The reason I ask is because I know N works on the GABA receptors, but I was poisoned by an antibiotic (Cipro) which has been found to bind to and then block/inhibit GABA receptors. So does that mean I'm potentially immune to the effects of N? I'd hate for it to only partially work because I have some screwed up brain chemistry.

Only if you have an inhuman tolerance for barbiturates.

I wish there were other barbiturates I could test to find out if/how I respond to them. I guess I'll have to do the next best thing which is test a small amount of my N. I really didn't want to crack open the bottles until I'm ready to go all-in though. I'm assuming if it knocks me out, I'm good to go.

Actually I just thought of something--there are other drugs that act on GABA other than barbiturates, no? Couldn't I just test those and if they work, assume the N would work also?

I wouldn't worry if I were you. If you have been poisoned in the past, this does not mean that at the moment of CTB something will be wrong with your GABA receptors. But if it makes you feel better, you can use a small amount of N to test how you respond to barbiturates.

Benzodiazepines also act on GABA receptors, but I don't think you can test your barbiturate tolerance with benzodiazepines.

What about with antipsychotics history? My receptors are damaged by them and I don't know if N will work on me

Best way to find out, get some, drink 3ml, if it puts you to sleep all night, you don't have a problem

Thank you, I'm waiting for my order to arrive and when I get it I'll do a test run.
