I ordered my SN over a month ago. Within a couple of days the seller sent me a message stating that "The acceptance of international parcels to countries in the Middle East region has been temporarily suspended."
For context, I live in Israel. When the last ceasefire has come into affect, I tried texting him and asking if it might be possible to ship my order now. He replied with a screenshot from the shipping company's website stating the same as before, along with this message: "Unfortunately, I see that the situation hasn't changed. We're also following the news, and the ceasefire you mentioned is only in words; in reality, there's no ceasefire yet." By now another three weeks have passed, nothing has changed.
Do you think or know if it's possible to get a refund or just cancel my order? Due to these circumstances I'm obviously leaning towards another method already, and my main concern is that if I the order won't be cancelled it will eventually get here and my older brother might pick it up, even if he won't know exactly what it is.
A little vent: I don't care that the ceasefire is not "real" to some. If I'm not hearing alarms go off 10 times a day, to me it's a damn good ceasefire. I don't care that the north here is still under fire, it makes zero difference to the post office's functionality.
For the first time in my life I thought I finally got some luck. One guy on this forum was nice enough to help me find DSL and even a second option (which also currently has difficulties with shipping here). But as always, I was wrong, no luck for me. Seems like I don't deserve to have a more peaceful method than the others, and that I have to suffer as much as possible until the end.
I've been doing my experiments and I sort of made peace with PSH as a method. It just sucks and is so unfair, so humiliating. I can't even get the poison I paid for and was actually somewhat excited about.
Any piece of advice would be appreciated, thank you in advance.
