This is me right now. There are times when depression makes me want to sleep all the time, just can't seem to get out of bed. And there are times when I hit the depression-insomnia cycle, those are the worst. It's a very vicious cycle that drives me crazy, I'm so tired and yet I can't sleep, my emotions are like falling into this bottomless pit.
I never sleep through the night.I'm curious how depression impacts your sleep.
I have not slept like a normal person for a few years now. I have tried everything. So, now my doctor is sending me to a sleep specialist.I actually can't sleep most nights. For whatever reason, being depressed doesn't make me sleepy or lethargic usually.
