Discussion Plushie Thread

I thought we could share some pictures of our plushies as I assume some us like them for comfort ^^ You can say whatever you want about your plushie/s if you want to as well. I love plushies as they can comfort me when I am down when no one else is around and as a way to express myself through them. I also still occasionally play with them and make stories with them like how I did when I was child.

Here's my favorite teddy bear who is named Huggles (as well as some of my other plushies). Most of the time I like to sleep cuddling with her as I like to do something with my arms when I sleep. I also often bring her to places I am anxious about going to. She has defiantly helped me get through some tough times with life.

This goofy looking guy I got as a present (he had a bow under his chin but it fell off) I'm using as under arm support when sleeping, I always need to have a plushie when sleeping for that lol. There's also a cat dressed as unicorn and a blue bunny I found in trift store on my drawer. Had another cat that was also dressed as something and a blue bear for sleeping at my previous place where I lived but because of bad circumstances I couldn't retrieve them and they got thrown out Ohh and also a big white teddy bear with scary eyes because his pupils are so big and he looks like he's tripping balls Got him 8 years ago and he was with me in so many places, even a mental hospital lmao

Oh yeah, the kel and hero plushie look pretty similar. I just like to think they do because their siblings!
And he isn't getting STRANGLED he's just..getting squished around the neck for long periods of time.
Basil plushies are probably harder to find cause their harder to make because of balls hair...i think they have knock off ones too if your ever interested in getting any!

Here is Slugcat and Lizard from Rain World. Slugcat has come with me to some social clubs and has helped me able to talk and interact with people as I can pretend they are the one talking. Lizard wants to eat them but they are pretty in the dark as they glow in it so we don't mind them taking a few nibbles.

I recently got a plush Labubu and she has been a great comfort to me.



I take her out with me sometimes. I even got a special case to protect her.

This is Journey! He's a harp seal and he got his name on an image me and my gf saw one time with the caption "He's on a journey" and I really liked the name for him!

I hope that one day I can take him on a nice Journey worthy of his name

I'm going to take a break from getting caught up on my notifications (sorry to everyone I've been ignoring, it's been a rough few days) and make a fun post.

Yeah, I call him Gun Dog. Not a very clever name, I know, but I am open to suggestions for a better name.

When I was homeless and living in my car, he was a very comforting "weighted pillow" and allowed me to sleep rather soundly most nights. And I never did get a proper concealed carry holster for my S&W M&P 45, but this pupper suffices for many occasions: it is "concealed," after all, lol. I've never tried firing it while "holstered," as I do not want to get residue on doggie, nor would I want to put burns or holes in him. And since it's a semi-auto, I figure it would likely jam after the first round. But hey, that first round would sure surprise the Hell out of a ne'er-do-well.

I keep it loaded with jacketed hollow points (10+1). I forget the grain off the top of my head, but 230 sounds about right. No safety, other than the trigger safety, ofc. Barrel length is...4.5", I think. Just too lazy to look it up, but I'm pretty sure that's it. No, I do not associate my handguns with CTB; I own them for target practice, sporting purposes, and self-defense, and my 45 is my go-to choice for self-defense. And go ahead and say it's an emotional support gun, as if I don't literally keep it in a stuffed animal, LMAO.

A friend of mine actually makes plushies themselfes and they made me 2 frogs and an isopod :]

Do you guys name your plushies? I do. The frogs are Fontane & Heine and the isopod is named Dottore.
