• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

In general, exercising and eating a plant-based diet as raw as possible to decrease inflammation throughout the body because depression has been linked to inflammation.

If you're taking any medications, talk to your doctor before starting St. John's Wort. It can make your body break down certain medications faster, so they will be less effective.

KillingPain267 suggested great supplements. Other's would be Vitamin C and Ashwaganda and making sure your gut micro-biome/flora is healthy by taking some pro-biotics or taking some yogurt (I'm vegan so can't help you with suggesting yogurts).

Yep, especially if you're taking antidepressants in the SSRI class - St. John's Wort acts in the same way, so taking both at once can give you serotonin syndrome, which can be pretty nasty!

I've tried 5-HTP but it caused gut issues for me.

SAM-e is one that's been suggested to me and L Methylfolate.
Definitely work with your doctor though if you're taking prescription meds too. I think both could cause serotonin syndrome if you're taking other serotonin-affecting meds.

I take the following. Please make sure to do the research on your own to see if it is right for you because I am not a professional and cannot give professional advice.

1) Rosemary extract
2) Saffron extract
3) Chlorophyll
4) Adrenal Support by Dr. Berg
5) Multivitamin organic supplement
6) A laxative because I'm chronically constipated otherwise.
7) Cod liver oil
8) Vitamin D supplement (not in the multivitamin supplement so i take it outside)
9) Collagen (I don't think it's necessary for depression but still wanted to add it)

All of these are in the form of pills except for collagen. I buy them on Amazon.

I would say that the pills help me about 30-40%. The rest of my healing is honestly a lot more mental and through lifestyle. It's still a massive boost, though.
