bring 100 grams of SN with the "Toxic Waste" candy container
bring a plastic spoon to mix
bring that baby pacifier bottle with the ml measurement, its in the medicine cabinet
bring the antiemetic "emedur"
bring some tissues and tape. divide the 100 grams into 30-25-25-20 beforehand (you will use the measurement bottle for water later, it won't dry quickly so its better to measure the SN first and be done with it), put them in the tissues and tape them closed. this is so that if you wake up, you can grab one and put it in water as soon as possible.
bring a pen and paper
do not forget your money, keys and blade. you might want to cut the top off the smaller plastic bottle to be able to mix better, you will also need it to cut the tape
buy one 500 ml water, to use/drink
buy one smaller bottle, to mix in after emptying
maybe buy a small chocolate milk to wash your mouth to take off the salt taste, dont ingest, spit it out afterwards
label everything so that people know what they are dealing with when they find your corpse
8 hours of fast, last 2 hours dont drink anything
45 minutes before SN, 30mg of antiemetic

Notes to those who will find the body:
I think my mother and father may feel unwell and dizzy when they hear about my death. My mother lives with me at home, so there is no one else, and my father lives alone in a separate house. So if they faint and hit their heads somewhere, they may die from blood loss. Please, in order to prevent this, first call them to the hospital where my body will be taken, saying "he had a minor accident, nothing serious". If they hear the news of my death at the hospital, they can at least be helped. This is my last wish from this world, I beg you, do not ignore it.

my note to my mother, which i will print out and place under my bed. i will make a youtube video where i tell her that my note is under the bed. i will set this video to be published around 30 hours later. i will send her the link of the video beforehand and tell her that "im trying something and that she should absolutely check it 30 hours later" i am doing this because i absolutely do not trust any employee or police to give them the note.

There is no fault of you or anyone else in my death. It was impossible for you to change my mind and decision. I am better this way, if I had continued to live I would have become more and more depressed. Dying was something I wanted for a long time. I tried to want to live many times but I failed each time. There is no reason to think and ponder about my death. Just as a person attends a trial lesson and quits if they don't like it, that's the way didn't like life, thus I don't want to continue. You fulfilled your duty as a family perfectly. I am sorry that I had to leave you behind, in fact knowing that you would be sad was the biggest reason that stopped me for a few years, but know this, when I take my last breath there will be nothing but a smile on my face. Because I am happier than ever to be free from any small or big troubles that will and may happen in the future. Thank you for everything, as a family you have given me everything I could ever want. I love you.
