Please help me with this SN plan

Hi. I have cognitive issues so even this was not easy for me to do. I am attempting Monday.
I am staying up late Saturday night and will be eating whatever I want. Start fast by 6am Sunday. Consume any beverages of choice I want on the Sunday,( except alcohol.) Drink only water on the Monday until I start the fluid fast
...not sure when to start that..

Sunday

6am- x 1 10mg meto

1pm – x 1 10mg meto

7pm -x 1 10mg meto


Monday-

6am-x 1 10 mg meto

1pm- x 1 10mg meto

6pm – . 600 mg ibuprofen

6.15- 3 x 10 mg meto

6.30 double dose of milk of magnesia, ( whatever it says the dose is on the bottle.) 200 mg propranalol. 50 mg promethesine Make sn drinks, ( I am making 3). Crush 200 mg propranolol in one.

7pm drink SN drink, ( weighing 20 grams SN in a cup and then adding a measured 50ml water to it.)
. If I vomit drink another and so on.


It's been a bit cobbled together. I couldn't get benzos. Upset about that but thought a little promethesine instead might be helpful. Would that be ok to take? Also, how am I going to take that much propranalol before?? I thought taking it half an hour in advance would enable it to kick in when I drink the sn. As I said I have cognitive issues so if this is ridiculous let me know, Can I take the prior propranalol and promethesine with water? Also how long should I do a fluid fast for?

You're fasting for so long :( is that necessary? Also, I believe they say to stop drinking fluids 4 hours before.

I wasn't really too sure how long to fast for. How on earth do I take that much propranalol prior guys? Should I bother?

it has been said that the ideal amount of time to fast is 8 hours prior to drinking the SN, cutting all fluids 2 hours before you drink the SN.

you seem to have a good 48-hour regime. not sure how you would take such amount of propranolol (assuming you have 10mg ones). i hope you have a peaceful exit and i wish you the best of luck!
