I'm in the planning stages. I'm going to be using N. Hopefully, it's real...

Should I fast before? If so, how long before? PPH said to have something light to eat to avoid reflex vomiting. What would be a good choice?

Also, as for AE I've heard that 100mg Dramamine 30-40 mins prior can work if you can't get Meto. Is this true? What are your thoughts? Or alternatives (med, dosage, and administration time)?

Lastly, they mentioned a liquer chaser to mask the bitter taster. I don't know the first thing about liquer. Any recommendations?

Please help! I got to end this! It's too much to bare.

Maybe this can help you. I really can't say if Dramamine is sufficient, but it is mentioned in the PPH as an OTC "alternative".
