• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I just want to sell out my funeral

I DESPERATELY need to come to terms with endings and permanence soon. My entire life I've found endings SO much more painful than the average person.

I have watched the Good Place all the way through and it did help me a little.

I also watched Breathe, Me Before You, and You're Not You.

I would ask for books but I don't have the attention span to read anymore. When I was 21 I read every single one of Shakespeare's works that summer for fun, now I can barely hold in a paragraph. I desperately need to release myself from my suffering, I at least deserve that.

Thank you again, guys!

"Dick Johnson is Dead" on Netflix. It is humorous, sad, and also helps you accept death. I would highly recommend it. It helped me.

Also, there is this YouTuber and mortician Caitlin Doughty. You may have heard of her before with her series, "Ask a Mortician".

You would have to search on her videos to find the specific topics that maybe helpful, but she is also humorous but serious and before I was even considering CTB, I was into her channel. She helped me accept death in general and the idea of the good death. She also started her own group with a lot of other morticians called "The order of the good death". I really quite like her.

The original Blade Runner, the narrative explored the meaning of humanity & impermanence, especially the end scent regarding death as a narrative & its agency (both being alive & postmortem)… "Like tears in rain."
