Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

From what I see, only the contact addresses are altered. The scammers probably not even know, what it is all about in the book. They know, that many people are desperate for N. They don't care about the rest of the book. If they would also alter other content from the book, it would be too obvious, that something is not right.
