An MRI of the brain revealed only hypertrophy of the wall of the nasopharyngeal vault, ethmoidal sinusitis and marked hypertrophy of the turbinates. However, I notice that on the right there are darker parts and an inconsistency. What could it be? I can feel the body numb but on the right it is more so.
