Help Phenobarbitone od real method?

Does anyone know if Phenobarbitone od is a non method? If it is a real method how much you need to take and what the process looks like while you die compared to sn with timelines, etc. I tried searching an only found articles about failed attempts when someone found them and saved them with charcoal in a hospital

It depends on how you look at it.

As phenobarbital (tone) takes a long time to achieve the CTB, the chance of being discovered and saved is very high.
As such, many considered this as unreliable or non method.

The merit of this method is that, it is easier to obtain compared to N or SN even though it is prescription drug.

I live alone so no one would find or save me unless I schedule a message too early, the only issue I see is not taking enough to achieve the goal and just getting sick, also I can't find a timeline or how it works. They say sn takes 40 minutes to be gone and I heard phenobarbital takes 12-14 hours but is it painful and vomiting like sn or is it easy and unconscious for those 12 hours because then it would be perfect if I take it and knock out and feel nothing
