Does phenazepam helps from suicidal thoughts? I'm so tired.

It is a benzodiazepine class medication. Besides having a use as a surpressent for seizures, it is used to reduce anxiety.

Both. Tired from bad thoughts. They are killing me. Im scared. I have something in this world to live for. I can't just leave.
What helps then?

I just can't go to psych to ask for help. I need to direct them to the right direction otherwise I will end up in a psych ward.

Many people have been helped by the natural amino acid L-Phenylalanine (capsules). 3x daily between meals, not together with protein.
The problem with benzos is that you can become addicted.

I've told loads of drs that I feel suicidal, never ended up in pysch ward. Once had to do a three week day session programme, it was actually quite helpful. At the time.
Last October after going to a and e five days after taking the od (partner was aware and I was out for 18 hours, he didn't call an ambulance, still mulling over that one, I'm glad he didn't but at the same time, mmn yeah, made an appointment with my GP at his request which happened five days after ..) GP told me to go to a and e straight away and even offered to call me an ambulance.
Yeah no thanks Dr.
Went to a and e, spent a day there had bloods run several hours later talked to the pysch person explained that I was thoroughly fed up and just wanted to go home and home I went.
A month later I was traveling to stay with family for an extended period and as I was going abroad, Dr gave me enough meds to cover that period of travel.
Have enough amitriptyline in the house at the moment to open a small pharmacy.
But I want to know why it didn't work.
Took 20 or so amitriptyline, two bottles of wine, 20 cirtazine (sp antihistamine prescribed for vertigo) at least twenty melatonin and 50 MLS of Methadone.
I don't understand how I survived that and really wish that I had not.
Anyone able to give me an idea of why it didn't work?

What helps then?

Maybe you should try antidepressants and neuroleptics. Also therapy can help.

I take sertraline and perfenazine on everyday basis. It reduces pain a lot, but it is not enough.

do you have a diagnosis?

I have been using the drug you talking about for years but only occasionally
it is good if you have an anxiety and need to go for a meeting for example
also,you really should not be using benzos as an every day medication

I recently read that for a lethal dose it needs to be 20mgs per kilo of bodyweight.
But it wasn't just the Amitriptyline that I took on that occasion. It was a cocktail of drugs. Loved being passed out for 18 hours wish I could do that every weekend.
So in preparation for my ctb, I have done math (don't do it well the numbers dance inside my head) and think I have figured out that over 30 pills at 25mgs should do it plus the diphenhydramine to prevent nausea and then yew mixed with ice cream an hour later should do the trick. Plus some melatonin again, to help me stay unconscious during the process.
