Wow! I live in the US so I can't sign your petition, but what you describe isn't just negligence. You said they fabricated records. That's fraud. It seems like that should already be against the law over there.

Is okay But if you know any UK PPL please share my cause and help bump the topic and get me help I need NHS ruined my life
