They are evil most people. And they don't really care about others. I have always felt alone ;—; no one really cares about others much now.

I was always social, but the sicker I get and the worse the childhood trauma digs into my soul, the less patient I've become. I find people generally to be shallow and self absorbed.

I AM scared though by doctors who don't know how to treat my illness and do a lot of harm. My specialist left her practice and it'll be 3/4 of a year before I can see a functional medicine doctor. In the meantime, my meds will run out in a month.

I agree that people are primarily self-interested, but I'm curious to learn more about how you see others as "evil"?

I am scared of people as well, they have potential for such cruelty. I see it as better to stay away from them as then nobody can hurt me.

I am scared of life including people. Many things can and will go wrong at anytime. I cannot put up with more suffering I'm exhausted

This is true in many places. I live in a small town now and it is not so true. I felt much better when I lived in a larger city. For anyone in my situation, moving can help.

I'm also scared of people. They're so mean and violent and the fact that they could do anything to you... I watch a lot of true crime videos and I can't even express how much disgust I feel. I always dread going outside.

I'm not afraid of people. I like people. In fact, I even miss them in my life.

I'm only afraid of mental illness… the kind when you realize you are losing your mind and there's nothing you can do about it, but watch yourself sink deeper and deeper into darkness. That and becoming completly immobile, closed off inside my body, suffering from excruciating pain and anxiety… every minute of every day.

I have severe ME/CFS. I can still move and stand up a few minutes here and there. I can communicate via text and talk for very short periods of time. The next stage of my disease is called "very severe". At that point you can neither move nor communicate with the outside world. That is fear.
