For a while I thought there has to be more to this nightmare on Earth, but I'm not so sure anymore.

Here's my point of view: We are not the body. We are the awareness or consciousness. This reality is like a dream. When you go and dream at night? you are entering another body. Another reality. When I lucid dream, I vividly remember eating foods. That dream while I'm there is objective, while this reality is subjective. When I come back here its switched.

If you look and research enough, you'll come to this truth as well.
Salvia for instance takes the consciousness around and lets them experience other bodies. Some people have lived entire lifetimes as people.
DMT takes your consciousnesses to other dimensions. Even LSD and Mushrooms can do that at high enough doses / with the knowledge required.
Research NDEs, Quantum immortality.
We are not the body: Look into remote viewing, lucid dreaming, astral projection.

I am putting off CTB in hopes to do this myself. Put my awareness into another dream, because we are in a dream. I'll be trying psychedelics soon. I don't want to CTB and hurt my family. Because everyone in this world is a piece of consciousness, just like you, they are on their own journey. This world is like a multiplayer video game. You can close the game and leave. That's your awareness going elsewhere. That doesn't mean your family isn't playing it though, they still are, and on their end, your character is still alive and moving. If you CTB, that's like killing your character. So now he doesn't exist for everyone else playing the game anymore.

Also, come on -- you happened to exist now, so you will also continue to exist. Otherwise, who created the universe? Everything has a cause. We cannot come from nothing. Therefore, there is a creator, and that is God, source, consciousness, the real you, etc. The only way someone can believe they will not continue to exist is pure materialism. That you are the body, the brain. You may have come to life now, but who's to say you will come again? That is wrong. The topics I put above will show you that we are not the body. The fact remote viewing exists, witchcraft, energy work, etc exists shows we are consciousness experiencing this dream.

the most common idea is "energy cannot be created nor destroyed" and assuming consciousness is tangible energy/matter and not just a theoretical concept.

as for why people believe this, it comes out of fearing eternal nonexistence because it's such a foreign concept to the psyche. eternity is unfathomable, and not existing, not thinking, not being, is also unfathomable. death is the most unsettling thing to the human brain, so it's easier to cope if you say, 'well, it's just the ending of this body' or 'it's the end of this life as this person' than accepting that it'd complete nothingness, for all eternity.

i'm actually getting creeped out just writing this out.

I have watched NDEs but the fact that some people only see black makes me put little to no weight on them. I found end of life phenomena studies by Christopher Kerr more interesting because it was like 90% of people in his research that were having end of life visions in hospice.

I actually have taken high doses of mushrooms and tried DMT to see if maybe I could blast off into another dimension if they really do exist, but unfortunately they had like no effect on me and DMT gave me severe vomiting the next day and my face suddenly went numb the next day too for a little bit.

I hardly ever remember my dreams because I can't visualize. I mostly remember a few nightmares I had like being in a plane crash and being chased by a bear. I have not been able to have an out of body experience either. So do you think people are on an individual journey to evolve their soul? Or are very difficult lives random? Feel free not to answer.

I wonder if the brain is just using some previously unaccessed regions due to the effects of psychedelics and the similar chemicals when near death...

Experiences I have had with people who have gone on before me. The first one terrified the shit out of me -- it was my mother (there was not, nor will there ever be, a more evil woman on the face of this planet) -- she came to me right after an accident that I should not have survived, but I did. She was trying to convince me that I HAD to join her -- no doubt so she could continue to torture me in the afterlife if I had to take a guess as to why. Another spirit, from behind me, touched me and told me if I didn't want to go I didn't have to. I stayed, obviously.

The second was my husband, a few weeks after he passed. I was having a hard time with the fact that when the doctor asked me if I wanted to honor the DNR he had signed 6 months prior I said yes, of course, it's what he wanted. But I felt horribly guilty because I also knew he was afraid of dying. He came to me while I was cleaning up my garden, getting ready for fall, and touched me in a way only he had done when he was feeling affectionate. Or wanted to comfort me for any reason. Somehow I knew in that instant that he was not upset with me and that he was at peace. A kind of peace he had never known while he was here, not even when we first got together and were beginning our relationship.

He has visited me a few times since then but, but not in a while now. And each time it has been when I have been second-guessing things that happened in our relationship, or my heart was aching particularly badly. He has given me an amount of grace I was not willing to give myself -- and for that I will be forever grateful.

I believe that souls come and go to both learn and teach, but he is that one soul I am tied to for all eternity. Regardless of our ups and downs in this life and in our previous lives, each time we meet things will be better and better until we both know all there is to know and understand about each other. When that happens we will never have another question about our love for each other and we will never have to be apart again.

I won't say that I have a firm belief that can be articulated, but to me evidence greatly suggests there being more to consciousness than we understand, so I don't discount the idea of it being untethered to the body.

It's easy to dismiss individual religions on the specifics of their doctrines, but collectively we have groups of people from different parts of the world, isolated from each other, who came up with explanations for experiences and observations about the "soul" that point towards something being there. They favored things like prayer (think of it as a form of focused meditation), rituals involving music, chanting, rhythm, etc., and monogamy (think specifically sex with a committed partner) that increase brain activity (as in switching networks from the Default Modal and certain wavepatterns such as theta) that are also reflected in excited states of mind like Near Death Experiences and dreaming, instances where perception/experience of time warps. To me, this all suggests that there has been something to the general vibe that consciousness is more than our flesh, and capable of some incredible things we can't fully explain with modern science.

Interesting, but that first phenomena looks like it can be attributed to evolutionary group biology, bonding activities, expression among peers etc. within cultures rather than purely because of neurology having certain causes from different. Definitely right how this unexplored though and could find out more.

From personal experience when I tried CTB via Inert Gas (and obviously failed otherwise I'd be eating brains) there was no continuation in consciousness between passing out and waking up gasping for air on the floor.

Maybe I wasn't out long enough but idk.

Jesus shit now that's a good topic! How self censored do I want to be today? None. Not at all. Never. 😆

As we've seen the last 100 years or so & especially the last 20 years & even more so the latest 5 fucking bullshit years "they" have fucked us & lied to us about every single god damned fuckin thing. This includes education, healthcare, science, religion, banking, spirituality, history & blah blah blah. Why? Because there absolutley is a fucking afterlife. The 5 major religions of the world lied about it. The banks & healthcare professionals lied about it. The politicians & law makers lied about it. Why? To fuck us over, to make money, to gain from misery, to take away guilt, to shift blame, to demoralize or any other reason that seems good at first but really is horrible for a society that is conscious & trying to live peacefully.

To go along with what Floating said, there are people who work one OBE's, NDE's, spiritual work, drug afflicting dreams, vivid dreams & so on & so on. Some organizations put a lot of cash behind it. Some of the top religions cross examine & share results to find they are all just about the fucking same. Chanting in Hebrew can give the same benifits as chanting in Latin or Hindu. You can heal your body by just being a happy person. Of course money & being in a loving family & all of that comes into play. Most of us are poor & in poor & ruthless conditions because of banking classes & shitty wars & absolutely stupid fucking economics that keep whole communities in top tier nations in a state of shit & misery by design.

There are doctors who work with water & ice. You can take photos with ice. An image can be imprinted into ice. You can talk to water & heal with water. There is a Japanese doctor who has influenced many people with his work. I can't remember his name. Doctor Imoto? He is mentioned in the film "what the bleep do we know". It's a great documentary on human consciousness. You can probly find clips for free everywhere.

There are OBE & NBE experts who do meditation work & spiritual work. OBE is out of body experience. NDE is near death experience. Maybe some people dont know that & I had to figure it out 😆. Darious J Wright does astral projection into the "after life" & has students all over the world. There are several otther teachers & though some may be "retarded hippies" or "religious nut jobs" that doesn't mean they are wrong. The collected works are amazing. It takes time to look into these subjects of course so it can be confusing.

Finalky, & this is the worst one because a lot of you are sensitive & emotionally driven, we do not live in fucking space on a god damn ball. This world is the plane of reality. This world & this life is & always will be a spiritual hallucination on the spiritual plane. This earth is flat as fuck. There is more than enough information out there about this subject. We do not live in space, we do not live in a solar system, we do not have galaxies, we do not "visit the moon". All of that is horse shit. Dont like it? Go fucking look. Why do we want to die? Because this flat earth has been turned into a fuckin shit box. Why? Because once "they" knew it was flat as fuck "they" knew they could take it over for all the selfish & shitty reasons I listed above. They lied to us about every single fucking thing. Unless you have been living under a fucking rock you would know that by about age 15. The movies lied to you. The university lied to you. The historians lied to you. Why lie? To take away your spiritual path so kings could be kings while broke people lived in shit & killed each other & made each other miserable while the wealthy stared down from their ivory tower. Sound like a common story?

What is the afterlife? I have no fucking clue because I'm still here with you guys. Would I rather be there than in this shit mess just like most of you? Some days I wish a stray bullet would just take me out so fast nobody could do anything but some days I see butterflies on a flower bush & think its not so bad. My problem is my health is failing & ultimately for all of us we can't choose not to die any fucking way. How fun of a deal that is!

In a few of these studies most people, though again a few of them are god damn nut jobs, are coming to the collective conclusions that we never really leave the after life. That means in a stupid way this, this place we are here & now, is proof of the after life because this is a part of the after life. Of course this does not make any of our stories here in this group any easier as we are absolutely suffering from stress, money, mental problems, drugs, health problems, homelessness & above all we can mostly agree that we collectively are tired of seeing the conditions of this shitty shitty shitty world. Why the fuck would anybody want to stay here? To fucking "vote"? Go fuck yourself.

Point being that is takes a lot of time & patience & discernment & asking questions to put a lot of the spiritual afterlife stuff together. Thats on top of needing to spend every fucking day finding money & a job & a house & food & having to fight for every inch in this dumb fucking system. However with a little self love & a little drive the multitude of spiritual studies & the stories shared can start to form a picture of sorts & become some what comforting. Think of changing ignorant bliss like "Jesus will save me" to "holy shit I didnt know it could be that real" while waiting for your eventual death at the end of a long life weather good or bad. I can't wait to get out but I also dont want to miss anything while im here so watching for good things while doing my best to avoid the bad kinda pays off. Though every individual has a journey that I would not be able to understand & may feel very different about all of that but since most of us are already in the state of wanting to CTB then why hold up a fucking bias now? Grow the fuck up & get over some shit.

Darius J Wright is on several platforms.

What the bleep do we know can be googled.

OBEs & NDEs can also be googled.

Flat Earth documentaries are censored on almost every site but they can be found. I have about 5 that are pretty good if you have comprehension & can get over your own selfish bias long enough to watch them AND pay attention or don't.

It does take time but it can bring you some solice & joy & make some of the pain go away at least for a moment. I can drop links if you guys want but I dont always come through here. I hope this helps. I hope you guys have a good day today because it looks like its getting worse out there for a lot of fucking people. ❤
