Pass out, sweet spot

Hello i am interested in partial method and want to practice
For those who have tried how long you pass out when practicing using only hand until you regain consciousness back?

The reason is i am not sure if i have to close the door or not

You come back almost straight away because your hands drop as soon as you lose consciousness.
