Was just testing. Pass out so quick only attached the rod lightly afraid the dry wall cave. Woke up having hitting my head on the mirror which shattered. Gf found me I didn't know i thought I fell asleep. It's possible just had to hyperventilate hold my breath and put on all my weight. I have to wait till she is at work to do it. Thisngavives me much relieve how easy and swift it was. I'm soo stupid holding out this long And there was no pain as some ppl claim on here

What did you use as the ligature? This is going to my method so Im glad that it is easily managable with no painx

12 mm rope. T shirt padding
Hyperventilation seems key. Needs enough pressure to not be able to breath. Just holding it. It was 5 seconds top
