Help Partial suspension

How do you hang yourself if you don't have a rope/belt/scarf? I know that it's possible with something like a t-shirt but I feel like that would be quite difficult. Are there any other ways of doing it?
And another thing, the only place I can do partial suspension from is my bedpost, do you think this would work?
